E-mail cancellation is not necessarily secure, and Family 1st and YouSurf accept no responsibility for any cancellation requests not received. You acknowledge that cancellation of your account shall only be valid if notified to YouSurf in accordance with the above provisions and duly acknowledged. Any and all cancellations of accounts shall be effective on the following renewal date.
